This is the kind of talk that drives land prices to unaffordable amounts. There is need to check on the skyrocketing cost of land especially in Nairobi.

My friend there is something called a FREE market.. WILLING buyer & WILLING seller..

There is no problem with the prevailing price in Nairobi as long as no one is being forced to buy or sell..

@ guru, it reaches a time when the gov't has to reign on the free market forces. I have seen it work elsewhere. Its objective is to deal with speculators. You buy and sell land in less than some specified time, and you pay heavy taxes. It encourages long term real estate dev't, curbing explosive rise of land prices.

@Guru Thank you. By the way i subdivided the land and decided to sell some since i couldn't manage farming and what i do. The titles are clean and ready. I am not a speculative seller just decided to sell to get cash to do other things

@eduT = dwnthu......If you are hello, you are not allowed to contribute continuously as you have to be weaned from hello to member later. So, you contribute once in a day to keep you in check.

When interest on bonds keep going up, you know the bear run is on high street. When interest on bonds start leveling, the bear has met the bull and they have hit rock bottom. When the interest rates on bonds start coming down, the bull has overpowered the bear and you better be riding the bull.

one 1/8 bought 1/8 booked over 10 remaining. Am surprised that those who have shown interest are not from Wazua but from other advertising sites except Gathige. I thought this is where money is at. Ok maybe there is money for stocks. Wazua give me business.
