I don't think Tevez has any plans of staying at Man City for long, the club has blocked any potential transfer so far.....i think the apology was forced probably by his agents besides the kind of fines charged were too much. I'm almost certain he'll still move at the end of the season, probably put alot of effort in ensuring Man City clinches the league ndio wakati wa kwenda no one will have an issue with him. By now then his value would have gone down a bit and he'll be able to demand a high salo from potential suitors.

"The belated apology is a cynical ploy to get game time ahead of a big summer move to a club that can afford his £200,000-a-week wage demands." goal.com

You have to feel sorry for Abramovich, he's tried almost everything to make this Chelsea side the best team in Europe.....maybe he needs Mourinho back in the team but then again most of the players are now pensioners!

Arshavin has signed for Zenit on loan until the end of the season.....hope that's the last we see of him. Blackburn's Chris Samba makes a £11m move to Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala worth a staggering £120,000 a week.

I will be more happy when they close the season at the last quarter of the table, but happier when they get relegated.

If wishes were horses...

In other news, Mike Dean will referee the Arsenal Vs Tottenham game. Arsenal have lost the last 11 EPL games with Dean as referee. Ominous.

Have seen Spurs implode in similar spectacular fashion before. They were leading Manure 3-0 one time and lost the game 5-3.

Man U are on your tails mbaya! Mkishinda, wanashinda. But while you guys will be up against Bolton at home, where you have a perfect record, Man U will have to contend with a trip to white hart lane .

What a footballing weekend!!

Gunners surprised me. Why they never play with such commitment always is beyond me.

Man u did well. At least they are on City's trail and firmly so. Next weekend, it's gonna be tough with that trip to White hart lane.

Blues finally came alive. Race for fourth is getting tough, but we all know the specialists for that position.

What is there to say about money city and their routine wins. Next up is Bolton, another routine win??

Liverpool worked their socks off but at least they won. So many penalty misses from both teams.

Gareth Bale has twice cost his team what would have been 2 massive wins - the game against City where he could have easily squared off a good pass to Defoe only to pass long, and yesterdays game when 2 nil up, he could have easily passed to Saha who was all alone but instead chose to shoot - it's hard to say if Arsenal could have come from 3 goals down. That was an implosion of massive proportions! Thankfully Scott Parker misses the tie at White Hart Lane - his industry could have possibly caused us problems but it'll still be a tough match. Hopefully Spurs will undergo the same mental block they get everytime they face us, but after jana's loss, they'll probably come out gunz blazing.

Anyway,Sir Ryan Giggs capped his 900th apperance in style with a squaeaky bum time winner. There's no team more frustrating than a Man Utd team on the lead, we played awfully and only De Gea kept us in the match. But the moment Norwich equalized, we raided their goal area and could have scored 3 more if Wellbeck had not been so wasteful. I hope Rooney will be back for the trip to White Hart Lane, we're a different side with him.

Someone suggested Roman chose the team that beat Bolton, seems like he knows how to select a team better. City's win was expected - I hope we'll be the team that finally beats them in the league at Etihad.

The Kop taken all the way in the Carling cup final.

So 3 predictions right, albeit Chelsea's was a big win. Another big weekend coming up,with some CL in between to keep us distracted.

Now that was a comeback for this season that gave Wenger a breather.Kudos Arsenal thats how we should play all season long.Lets hope that win will boost the morale of our players and finish the season strong but Wenger you are not off the hook, this summer you spend money on quality nothing else.
Now on to AC milan and hope the God's will be on our side.

Gibbs has to improve if he wants to keep his place in the starting line up. He was to blame for the two Spurs goals although i think the second one should never have been a penalty. We have International fixtures coming up this week, i hope none of our players picks up an injury especially RVP. Adebayor jets into the country with Togo to face Harambee Stars, hope Kimanzi was taking notes yesterday.

Like i said, 3rd place is still up for grabs....Spurs are now just 7 pts clear with some tough fixtures coming up. If only we can get something from Anfield next Saturday.
