though they latter said the prices they had given earlier on the prefabs was not correct. I had sent them a mail earlier that was not replied, there site offers less on this. anyway they must have have something worth checking, calling or paying a visit wld be the best

I visited a couple of the places above. The price range was 700,000 for a basic 3 room house without plumbing or lighting to 4.5 million for a fully functional self-contained 2 bedroom house.

I could not help but think that for 4.5 million I could build a 200 Sq M house...

But then again, there are special circumstances where the prefab would be the way to go.
