I'm looking for a small office in CBD. I've looked for 3 days all over and I'm only coming up with one poor option per day. I know some Wazuans have already gone through this process, so why repeat?

I know that there are some agents around town who can look up offices for you for about 5k. Anyone with some numbers I could call?

My budget is 15k. I want to keep it small as the business will not make money until about June.

Must it be CBD? i know of one along Ngong Rd, for 15k inclusive of internet and service charge. A very decent place

Yup, CBD is a must. Everyone in the company uses a mat, and CBD is most convenient for matatu users.
