I urgently need a list of the best Provincial/County Boys Secondary schools in Nairobi in order of merit. This should be based on (recent) past performance and facilities in the school. I am interested only in boarding schools. Anyone with first hand information kindly assist.

I would also like information on any nice provincial/county school not located in the Nairobi county.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Boys, Boarding, Nairobi.

Thanks for the info you have provided. It is very useful because the candidate has to select one school outside Nairobi County.

If you want boarding schools then don't limit yourself to Nairobi county, Central has some of the best boarding schools and its next door.

Maich, happy 2012 and welcome back to wazua. I think Nairobi has a shortage of boys schools hence the huge numbers of Nairobi students in upcountry schools. I know boys attend Dagoretti, Queen of Apostles and Jamhuri.

Thanks @Lolest. Happy 2012 too.

I agree with you and @Lucid_Iam. Nairobi seems to be doomed in terms of Boys [provincial/county] Schools!!! I went through last years list for top 100 provincial schools and the only Boys school from Nairobi to make the list was Dagoretti High School!!! Very sad.

@@Lucid_Iam - I agree with your observations on central province schools. I noticed this from my research. I was impressed by performance of schools like Nyeri High, Kiambu High, Njiri School, Kagumo high etc. It seems it's either a National school or an upcountry school for Nairobi boys. Hakuna jabo rigine!!!

Just do a search. There have been previous discussions from Kindergatens that you book when you start dating to primary schools you pay 1.6m per year!

Which clause?

there is no such thing as "greater Nairobi" in my copy of the new constitution!

Owner used to sack a sizeable no of teachers in November and hire in January to avoid paying Dec salaries, quality of meals for students was wanting, didnt have sports facilities and parents were not allowed to walk around the school to see the facilities. That was at the tree lane school a few years ago but I wouldnt trust it to-date coz management has never changed.
