Impossible to go back to those days.. Not when it is this easy to impeach an underperforming president..

why do you think its called vision 2030, its just that; a vision, u dont achieve a vision, at least thats what i learnt, i could be wrong.

you are wrong it will happen. Only the patient will benefit if you looking for quick returns forget it. Konza and Lamu are goin to happen

If you ever achieve your vision you are either dead or you didn't have one to start with!

@jerry it depends on the kind of vision you have if its unrealistic you won't achieve it. my understanding of vision is that it should not only benefit me but should create opportunities for the generations after me.
if i achieve 40% of it well and good

The new constitution might reduce corruption but will not dictate which projects take precedence of the others.

If in the thinking of the new president agriculture has a better chance of improving the lives of Kenyans for example, he might concentrate on Agriculture related projects while ignoring ICT.

This happens even in developed countries like the US. If a Republican takes office, you had better start buying shares for companies that supply the US military - war related stock. Ditch them when a Democrat approaches the white house!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Have Bought a quarter of an acre myself at 130 though I haven't finished paying. Have given a down payment of Kshs. 30 K. Hope to clear next week.
If you buy directly from Presby Investments they do allow installments. By the way this is phase II My friends who bought in phase one mid last year were buying an acre at 320 k.
I don't want to reach the end of my life and find I just lived the length of it.

I want to find I have lived it's breadth as well.

Recently when i went to collect my dividend... i saw an advert to that effect. But its not Muramati per se who were selling, think what they are advertising is their loan to finance the buying of the land.Cant remember the name of the Company selling the land but you can pop up in one of their banking halls, the advert is there

I've dealt with them. Bought two 1/4 acres from them. They are wazees from PCEA, very transparent. Open file with 2K then arrange payments for deposit for land. As at last week all plots had been taken.

The parcels are next to Prof.Mbithi and PS Kimemia's huge tracts of land
