Seriously, the board needs to consider the ticket-paying fans. Arsenal is becoming a joke, and it will never cease being a high profile academy if the board sticks to its current policy of profits over results.

The aseno board is the biggest con in EPL.

ubaya wa watu wa Arsenal ni ati they are always looking at Man-U (Team Kubwa). Always comparing themselves with Man-U! Like its not failure if Man-U failed on it as well. I don't think Man-U really cares about Arsenal is doing! the last time I checked, they were struggling to be in the top 4!

That would be my squad for next season.....well if the silly board decides to spend. All those players have expressed their desire to play for Arsenal so signing them wouldn't be a problem if the board decides to buy. Keep Wenger but replace Pat Rice.

Get rid of Arshavin, Rosicky, Squillaci, Diaby, Djourou, Park, Chamakh, Almunia, Vela, Bendtner, and Denilson.

The problem is that we always perform well when all our players are available but with injurieswe just play crap....our bench is useless!

@Taz, none of those players will join Arsenal if you fail to make 4th spot,in fact Hazard has been linked with your bitter rivals spurs. Anyway, with the way Chelsea are playing, 4th spot looks more a reality for the Gooners than the Blues...

Arsenal's February curse strikes again

2005-2006: Sol Campbell walks out of Highbury at half time during a 3-2 defeat by West Ham. Arsenal slip out of top four after defeats by Blackburn, Liverpool and a draw at home to Bolton.

2006-2007: Arsenal lose the Carling Cup final to Chelsea, knocked out of the FA Cup by Blackburn and lose to underdogs PSV in the CL.

2007-2008: Arsenal lose to Man Utd in the FA Cup, draw at Birmingham sees Eduardo break his leg and Gallas throws a tantrum on the pitch. League favorites never recover.

2008-2009:
No win in the league all month. During this run it's the first time Arsenal fail to score at White Hart lane since 1997 and they fail to score at home to Sunderland for the first time since 1983.

2009-2010: Title hope ended by a hapless display as they crash at Chelsea. Fabianski puts in a horror show as Arsenal lose at Porto in the CL.

2010-2011: A late error sees the gunners stunned by Birmingham in the Carling Cup final; Newcastle come back from 4-0 down to claim a stunning 4-4 draw; Arsenal are held by league one Leyton Orient in the FA Cup.

@Smano....I really don't buy that argument because L'pool and Spurs have been signing good players even without CL football. All those players I've mentioned have played CL football so i doubt that will be a very big motivation for them besides sometimes its about the potential of the squad that matters and not current position. There's a lot more to be considered than just European nights. I'm not quite sure on the Hazard scenario nothing concrete so far, today he wants to go to Spurs tomorrow he expresses his desire to sign for Arsenal....well at least i know Spurs have to sell one of their top players to secure his signature. To miss out on CL would be the best solution for Arsenal because its the only thing that Wenger has been holding on to justify why he doesn't need to buy big.

We seriously need an overhaul of this team, like half the players are deadwood, maybe the manager and the board should also leave............but how??
