Housing Estate in Ngong Kibiku

Wazuans,
I'm told there is a proposed Housing estate in Ngong (kibiku) by the Kenya meteorological department near where the Kenya defence forces camp bordering the Vet land. Any one know if this info is true?

nothing of that sort, they were supposed to move there kitambo sana, only ICPAC is moving to ngong. hiyo ingine hapana. but they have huge land there.
