Recently when i went to collect my dividend... i saw an advert to that effect. But its not Muramati per se who were selling, think what they are advertising is their loan to finance the buying of the land.Cant remember the name of the Company selling the land but you can pop up in one of their banking halls, the advert is there

MURAMATI is not selling any land and does not in anyway do so involve itself in such practices.

To clear the air, MURAMATI has only financed a group called PRESBY INVESTMENT GROUP which bought land at konza to sell to the kenyans BUT NOT itself in its own.

wazuans, kindly note.

I thought the buffer was to be 3km.

Anywho, more information on the Konza land? Want a piece of the action too!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

It is a big time risk!!!

If the plan is actualized, you stand to make a handsome return in a couple of years. If it fails, then you will be left holding some serious monkeys!!! Nobody will be willing to take the land off you even at 40% of what you spent.

Personally, I will only put in what I'm willing to lose!

If you ever achieve your vision you are either dead or you didn't have one to start with!

Elections!!!

They should have no impact on the Konza City dream/vision/project but this is Kenya. So sadly they might. The next goverment/president might have totally different plans/ideas/priorities.

If you don't believe me, ask @guka or @mukiha when the plans for the bypasses were done. Then Moi happened!!!
