What's the price/acre? Does one have to buy the whole parcel or can it be subdivided? On which side is the land? nearer to the main highway or the bush side? Assuming the golf course did not take off, what are the other prospects of the place? If you've been on the ground, what is the status at longonot gates? any developments happening there? That could help us in making decisions.

the 12.8acres are on sale for 5m per acre.longonot gates have sunk a bore hole,graded the road and are in the process of digging a dam to harvest rain water to irrigate proposed golf course on their land.they are selling 1/2acre for 4m so my land is a bargain especially for chama's etc.my land is adjacent to the proposed dam(completion oct-nov 2012?)and about 3/4km from borehole.call 0712044411 if interested
