Nairobi is definitely moving South growth-wise, here are some great offers on pieces of land in Olooloitikosh along Pipeline Road that connects Isinya to Kiserian. Yet another great offer by Thomson Group Limited.
*The pieces are Located only 100Mtrs from the tarmac road (2nd row from tarmac)
Prices: 1/8 Acre pieces(50by100) @ Ksh 550,000
1/4 Acre Pieces @ Ksh 950,000
Half Acre Pieces @ Ksh 1.7M
*Gated community setting.
*Electricity on site
*A nearby school supplies water to individuals from a borehole
*Orly Park Air Strip is just nearby
*Very fast growing town.
*Very beautiful residential Houses built in the neighborhood
Viewing everyday.
Directions through Kitengela, branch off at the Ostrich farm turn off, drive through to the Tarmacked Pipeline Road and turn right, the pieces are just after Birika town. Directions through Kiserian, take Kiserian Isinya Road, the pieces are just before you get to Birika town

why are people moving in that direction and why would a middle class family with young children want to live there, lets assume you work in nairobi city? whats the future for this place and does Saitoti have plans to re tarmac the sections of pipeline rd that are damaged.is the county council like the one for Rongai or are they progressive?i know the area i just want to get your point of view.

@itz, rongai has extended downwards into Tuala area near Nazarene.Over the years, Tuala has become populated and now lands are available are in Rangau. Rangau has slowly become densely populated towards Pipeline-Birika,Oloitikosh area. Nairobi population is too high. We wait to see the influence on county governments.Maybe people will depopulate Nairobi. Rangau and pipeline areas represent true land value as opposed to other Nairobi environs whereby price of land is artificially high due to the 'next best fool' method of pricing land and Govt. not laying infrastructure[tarmac roads] in tandem with rising population. As Iron Sharpens Iron, So one Man Sharpens Another.

ITZ: Let me answer your questions one by one:
why are people moving in that direction and why would a middle class family with young children want to live there, lets assume you work in nairobi city? A: First you may be in need of wanting to stop paying rent. You also have a home with own compound probably with a kitchen garden etc. This on any day is much better than the flats we rent here in Nairobi. As for the children, I will assume a middle class family will want to take their children to a good private school and these are available in Rongai Kitengela Kiserian sides.
whats the future for this place and does Saitoti have plans to re tarmac the sections of pipeline rd that are damaged. A: Interestingly the tarmac(Pipeline Rd connecting Isinya to Kiserian) is already under construction, kwanza from both ends of Kiserian and Isinya. You should find time and passby there and see. Is the county council like the one for Rongai or are they progressive? A: We are headed for great times ahead in the new county govt system, every county will want to show what it has done to outdo the other so there is great hope of better services in the coming future.
i know the area i just want to get your point of view.
A: I hope I have answered you, feel free to ask further questions and I will put in the little knowledge I have regarding the place. 550K for an eighth acre is a good deal near tarmac, it is an asset we should consider investing in because its value will go up several times more esp with tarmac being re-done. I think I would advise anyone who is thinking of investing in shares to give investing in land a shot. If one has saved less than this, our company also has 1/8 acre pieces next to the upcoming KCA University @ Ksh 280k with installment payment accepted and KCA has bought land which is enroute to Konza, making it a potential place to invest in

How does this happen? A place extending into an adjacent place is something that has always buffled me. Is Rongai or any other place amorphous?
