This issue has been mishandled. Or is it not handled at all. It is being left to sink and soak into the mind of the ordinary Kenyan.

History tells us ideas whose time has come cannot be stopped. Both bad ideas and good ideas.

We will regret the future of this idea.

Yet our leaders are more concerned with who becomes president or not this year.

Is it time to hammer their heads, SLDF style, or do we need to negotiate with this group. Why would they need to secede anyway. Coast is not like South Sudan where there is oil and if the issue is land, it may be easier to relook at this now that we have county governments which will be effective after the general elections.

That is why I have insisted on us having a serious president this time round, not nyef nyef material. It is easier to discuss the issues affecting the MRC now than wait until matters become elephant then you do a mini genocide in the name of bringing back sanity. SDLF style was not the best and the after effect is still felt to today. Innocent citizens get hurt by both the rebels and the government. The rebels chop your ears, the government converts your body into a sieve and you are a Kenyan. When it comes to Shaamba boys, the soldiers are scared of getting into the forest (Kismayu) like they did in Elgon forest cauze they know they are dealing with no nonsense rebels. Why cant they enter Kismayu overnight? Why mark time, why play coward and ask to join Amisom. Simply get in and get hammered or you hammer the tough guys and whoever wins takes credit. Hopeless.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

If you dig deep you will realize these groups are being funded by some guyz with their own selfish agenda in mombasa. The land issues is so complex in coast it can't be solved by the MRC. If anyone knows the Kilifi land schemes very well knows coast people are to blame too. These guyz were issued with title deed by the government for prime land in kilifi what happened next... they have sold all of it to foreigners and other land buyers and its the same guyz who are complaining they have no land. These guyz should be dealt with ruthlessly.

I thought Mungiki was at state house in Oct 2007. Ama Ocampo is some silly idiot who is averse to truth? You never know what will happen to a rebel group. They might end up breaking the country. Remember Eritrea, Look at Somalia, Nigeria is on the way. In other words, nip the problem at the beginning. Talk to them, they are also Kenyans.
Wisdom to detect when share prices hit rock bottom.
When interest on bonds keep going up, you know the bear run is on high street. When interest on bonds start leveling, the bear has met the bull and they have hit rock bottom. When the interest rates on bonds start coming down, the bull has overpowered the bear and you better be riding the bull.
