One would expect that discussions in Wazua would bear a significant difference with the discussions held at construction sites.

When that demarcation line gets blurred I opt out!

Allow them to get a feeling of victory!

...Mbloo...Don't head back to the contruction site...Stay here and get roasted!!! You want to push a spineless man down our throats. KM does not stand any chance. He had an opportunity to be his own man and he screwed it. When politicians are transforming themselves like Mudavadi, our own man continues giving us more of the same old stuff. Believe you me...Even if Uhuru and Ruto will be barred from contesting by the constitution, those votes will not translate to be his...Mwendia mantha kandindeiti ungi wa kusavoti!!!

I could be wrong, very wrong bt i'm sure i'm right. Of these 3 men, one will be the nxt president of Kenya.
1. Raphael Tuju
2. Kalonzo musyoka
3. Musalia Mudavadi.
Somethng tells me Tuju's chances are way way high followed by the other 2 respectively in that order.
I'm willing to place mine on that.

Roasted or stoned!!

I mean you choose who to have a discourse with and at what level.

You are not going to engage in a discussion with someone whose approach to discussion degenerates every so often to the bottom of the Barrel stuff!

While I am not a die hard Kalonzo supporter I do recognise he stands a good chance to be president.

That is not a preocupation that I obsess myself with.

In fact I couldnt care less who becomes CEO here as long as that person is not Raila!!

There are 4 people who can actually be the next President of Kenya.
1) Raila Odinga
2) Kalonzo
3) Uhuru Kenyatta
4) Saitoti

Raila Odinga

Like him or not, this guys is still the most popular, the most focused the most known the most exciting politician, he has a big following across the country, you might not like him because you're Uhuru's fun or Ruto's fun but more kenyans like him that those who don't like him.

Secondly, if Ruto is not running for presidency, Raila is going to win most of the Rift Valley votes even if Ruto endorse Uhuru for presidency more than 60% of Kalenjins will support Raila in that situation.

Kalonzo.

I personally don't like him, but he is sleeky and I respect that, in business world you call it strategy and Kalonzo can formulate a winning strategy because he has no feelings and doesn't care what you and me think about him.

Uhuru Kenyatta

I know people think this is crazy but, kenyan courts can rule, disregarding the constitution, that Uhuru can run dispite the ICC cases and even without Rift Valley votes, PNU will deploy all the resource including rigging the election to have him as president. I personally want fair election but unfortunate alot is in stake for some powerful Kenyans and they won't care what happen after rigged election, infact we might see another power sharing.

Saitoti

Actually, just like Kibaki in 2002, Saitoti is an easy sell to the people across the country, with a few people align to him, he can actually pull a landslide win, he will learn a couple of Maasai words and walked to Kalenjin rally and drop them and he will be an instant cousin while keeping is Kikuyu heritage intact, he can also form a working relationship with other tribes like Luhyas and people from eastern and coast. I being a Kalenjin, I know it is easy to sell Saitoti to Kalenjins than to sell Uhuru.

I know people will point at Uhuru Ruto friendship as evidence that Kalenjins and Kikuyus can unite and form the next government, but the fact of the matter is, Ruto have only sold RUTO-UHURU and people believe it but if you flip it to UHURU-RUTO, Ruto will lose 80% of Kalenjins! We also know that you cannot sell RUTO-UHURU in central.

I repeat, Tuju will not be a joke after 3 months. I came to terms with reality 2 yrs ago: we do not know who the next President will be. I have imagined scenarios of each of the candidates being President and I dont think any of them will give me ulcers. Those saying they will shift to shabaab country if KM wins are engaging in unfounded fear mongering. They are similar to those in 07 who were lying that Raila would force Kyuks to wear shorts if he won. My vote is for Tuju, I decided it a couple of months ago.

@Lolest, if you came to terms with reality 2 yrs ago and since then Tuju hasn't made that much progress, what makes you think that within 3 months he will be the man to beat?

Lets not mix this up, there is a difference btw the person we want to win and the person we think he can win, lets not mix that up.

I'm open minded. I'm as passionate abt uhuru as i was with matiba...i rem once camping in our shopping ctr from 10:00 am to 5:00 am the following day waiting to meet Matiba.
However, I know Uhuru may not stand/run.
If Tuju or Pk stand and Uk & Wsr support them, its good news for me and Kenya.
I'm however aware that my vote is just one and if Kenyans vote otherwise, eg vote Raila or that kamencu, I will accept it. All i want is a better kenya for my family.
I will live with whoever majority of kenyans vote.

were you in Kenya in 2002? Can u remember UKs meteoric rise in the race? The guy was KTB chair at one point, then Thika KANU branch chmn then KANU Vice chair and leading presidential contestant in just 1 year! I support Tuju, winning or losing.

@Lolest, UK was a project and people rejected him from both side, his bio family(kikuyus) and his adopted family(Kalenjins). Tuju have to be a project to make it.

Project Uhuru with all the resources and manpower could not win, what makes you think project Tuju can win? You support Tuju and I respect that but don't mix what you want and what you think can win, unless you give me a well thought out strategy that can make Tuju the president, you cannot just drop plain statements like that.

@Ali you can make all speculations, scenarios but numbers never lie.the numbers that you see on the polls are the ones you pay attention to.all the men you have mentioned are below 10% and some even below 3%.if they cannot get traction in he polls to above 15% in the near future and uhuru/ruto stay in the race then the next president should be either uhuru or Raila, plain and simple

@mlevi, what did you make of the attendance of G7 leaders in Tuju party launch? Uhuru lost coz Moi failed to control his boys and they killed Kanu. He engaged in a political miscalculation by ignoring his other sons. Tuju will be an easy sell as he is not an antagonistic candidate and is not in the list of old tired names. His chances only come alive if he gets support from Uhuruto. His focus on the youth is impractical, there is no youth constituency in Kenya.

LOL agreed..I think we can let the boy walk..ha ha

If I were God, I would give it to Tuju. In my view, he is the only one who can move the country forward, all the other apes are either after power, protect stolen loot or loot more. However I am not God and knowing Kenyans, anything might happen the only thing I am certain about is Tinga will not make it. Not with all the ganging up against him and some clowns like Midiwo beside him. Infact General Kiguoya Mudavadi has higher chances.
