I'm a United fan, but I don't think Swiss FA will be foolish to allow a ban on their association and clubs. Most certainly they'll punish FC Sion. Sisi tuko Uropa by merit. smile

Read the comments from fans after the article - one has a good suggestion that Man Utd should not necessarily be the ones to take over just beacuse they were 3rd in the same group but City should be allowed because they're the best of the 3rd placed finishers in all groups - makes sense - even for a Man Utd fan like myself.

Can you imagine the uproar if we were to be re-instated because of Basel suffering collateral damage and then miraculously went on to win the CL???The noise would be heard in space!

We are back to serious business tonight, San Siro awaits tomorrow. Arsenal has a very good record against Italian opponents so i expect us to AT LEAST get a draw. Our defense is back to normal again but i hope Wenger starts with Coquelin and not Gibbs who has not played any match since his injury. Last time we won 2-0 at the same stadium, hope we have a repeat of that performance.

Seriously, i think some of these football clubs should list in NSE... its only fair! We'd alll retire millionaires because the analysis here would definitely help beat the market by miles....... The only little tiny problem is there is too much hanging on "hope" especially when some teams are mentioned....

Barcelona won effortlessly away. The return leg will just be a formality. I hope they meet Madrid of Bayern in the next round.

Marty Barca are through to the next round i can't see Leverkusen going to camp nou and salvaging a win.Messi is still the best footballer in these generation and he will be for long.

On to my team Arsenal hope we maintain the record we have against the Italian teams and win against AC Milan tonight.
Prediction Arsenal 2 AC Milan 0

Though my team has been relegated to Thursday night football, I'll still make my comments. Leverkusen were dominated perhaps 70:30 on possession but at least came out to play in the 2nd half, and even hit the upright when it was 2-1. Alexis Sanchez proving value for money but Barca's defense is exploitable;that said, Camp Nou is a fortress and Leverkusen certainly not the team to cause an upset.

As for the match at San Siro tonight,I believe Arsenal can get something on the counter - Milan have looked shaky in some Serie A encounters, but then again, Djourou is in the match and AC will be keen to avoid the jinx of English teams at this stage - I predict a moderate win for AC e.g. 3-1
