Health Benefits of Mangoes

Why a mango is called the King of the Fruits...

Improves DigestionMangoes are very beneficial for those who suffer from indigestion problems. The season is here already? Mangoing is my favourite thing. But this season there seems to be an outbreak of new breed of mango fly.
