He is trying to flash the usual smile but i doubt he will smile this one away. USA should have simply said they will never recognize his status in matters dealing with Kenya. That would have been more effective

How annoying .......let him tell it to the birds.....Hell is his place....Kenya has gone to destruction under his watch as the AG ......... with his infamous nolle proseque for the untouchables....

McReggea did you say 'he is taking the war to the US.'.....what does this mean?.....is he ready to sleep with Osama?

Does the visa ban include his offspring and spouse? If it does I hope he was wise enough not to send them to the US for 'further studies'

I agree with The AG.

It would be an unfortunate situation if we get into the habit of paying max attention to everything with a snout.

Wako has been cushioning impunity in his entire time in office from moi to kibakis regime. In todays nation, apart from him saying he will take the fight to the USA,he said and i quote

'I initiated an ambitious Legal Reform Programme by appointing over 17 Task Forces which resulted in re-drafting of many areas of law resulted in many legislations which have already been enacted.'

'The enacted legislations have all enhanced democracy, the Rule of law,Human Rights,Transparency and Accountability.'

http://www.nation.co.ke/...4/-/uol8co/-/index.html

Fellow Kenyans, from the words i quoted from our smily AG,i would like us to focus on the very last line which he claims to have had legislation enacted which enhanced 'Democracy,Rule of Law,Human Rights,Transparency and Accountability'

The words in bold carry alot of weight not unless he's talking about a different kenya,he had the balz to use such words! give me a break! What democracy do we have in kenya? Which rule of law do the ordinary kenyans know apart from the daily opression,How about human rights? Transparency jamani? and of accountability makes me even laugh. As if anyone has ever been held accountable for anything! Its been impunity and impunity all through with the accountability issue it never happens even when KRA los 46M from the Central bank a couple of months ago some of you must have forgot about that already but how that cash was wired offline from CBK is still a nightmare. The commision of inquiry was to be formed i dont know what happened but story ilipotelea hivi hivi tu,kubaff!

The Judicial system stinks of corruption and whenever he has been needed to take a stand in fighting graft he never dare stood up and be counted cause he's a puppet cushioning impunity for the 18yrs he's been there billions of taxpayers money has gone in the bellies of a few while he just keeps on smiling. USA did him good and this is just the begining. Him taking the fight to USA clearly shows those are 'kicks of a dying horse' He is certainly facing the exit door and whether its baba jimmy (the president) or parliament that appoints AG people like P.LO should submit their applications or even Skerians with credentials go for it guys i can smell a vacant position, loooooooool

WAKENYA WAMECHOKA!!

Yes let him take the case to the USA,i bet The USA attoney General is waiting Wako's suit with a nolle prosequi heheheeheheh!!! a very nice one indeed, nolle prosequi! just like the one he issued for maina njenga the mungiki kingpin a few weeks ago

quick question, does his job (i.e. advising the cabinet) entail travelling to the EU or US? If not he may weather the storm and if so he will have to go.
he knows too many things,he reminds me of John Edgar Hoover he had dirt on everyone thus indispensable.
personally i don't the US can throw much at personalities unless they tour their land for business.
