Looking for a plot 50 x 100 in Nakuru. Along Nakuru - Nyahururu road. Preferably between Heshima and Maili sita.

i am from Nakuru..there are plenty of such plots. call Mr Maina 0727251907. He got me a 50 x 100 in mawanga,or talk to Anunda 0725282970.However like i did, do your own search and negotiate on the price.

@Tommy,in whitehouse Nakuru,50x100 1.2M-1.4,in racecourse,40x80 1.1-1.5M,in Naka(section 58)50x100is 1.6M,in heshima 300k-1.1M depends on location,kiamunyi,50x100 600-1.1M.
maili sita 300-500K, but those touching highway 900k.

My friend bought 1/4 in Kiamunyi at, mti mojo... not sure that is the name but the plot is about 500 metres from the prayer centre for 700k.

It my shags and those are the going rates around there. I don't want to reach the end of my life and find I just lived the length of it.
I want to find I have lived it's breadth as well.
