Another at 500K/pa at Isinya in December and a few months later going at 850K/pa. My land agent mentioned to me plans for a bypass road road from ICT city-Konza-Isinya-Kiserian-Maai Mahiu are at an advanced stage. I have yet to confirm this but if true, property along the planned route will sky rocket.
@Freiks,do not regret as it is never late, if you have Kshs go for
it.
I believe this is true.... i bought some land in some bundus in the middle of maasai land... by then it was VERY expensive, it was going for 150k an acre (end 2009). now, the same guy who sold to me told me that he has some 5 acres he is selling and the mother is selling 15 acres.... 1 acre is going for 500k. The road you have mentioned is passing not-so-far-away and is being done and power is touching the piece of land.
as you said, i believe the place will open up and is good for speculative investment now.
Anyone with the map of this road?
@Murenju
Refugees should be top in the list..... at least they will be paid for the work done and will help the government to feed their own people.... its not exploitation, they will be given a fair pay for the job done... As a project manager, you can opt to increase labour and reduce the time.... best if it is cheap labour.... you know! In any case, do you think he indians who did the raiway line we have were volunteers or willing workers?
