Kibaki was yesterday ambushed with some not so polite demands of rundisha mkono.

Sasa, the oft qouted tosha announcement that Raila made in 2002, was it solicited!

Was it done in good faith, much as it may have benefited Kibaki.

Again why go to the pains of carefuly choregraphing events in a clandestine manner just to ask for an endorsement.

A central Kenya MP was slotted to broach the issue, then kina Midiwo to take it from there!!

Cheap antics.

Muthee as usual lengad..

Hakunaa..

If you asked me, Raila Tosha would be outdated I dont support the idea that Kibaki should declare Raila 'tosha'. Raila Odinga will become President on his own strengths and credentials, not based on anybody's 'tosha'. Let Raila make a covenant with Kenyans and win it clean! Tosha vitu gani.

Found it a little absurd.

Raila is showing strains of desperation.

Earlier in Kibakis 2nd term he tried to hound him out of office by employing underhand and crude tactics.

Kibaki survived that but not without bruises.

In the forced marriage that ensued, Kibaki has never known peace courtesy of Raila.

It has been contestation after contestation, over positions taken by Kibaki - most calculated to embarrass/ridicule and demean the President.

After all these he expects to be endorsed!

Kweli, a drowning man will clutch at a straw!

You hammered the point home. Raila still thinks he can fool all the people all the time. Nyet!

No need to derail the discussion mate, was just wondering why in your world Raila was finished 4 yrs ago yet you still discuss it, above in red is juts to point out how biased you are in your assesment of Raila, in most of the disagreement Kibaki and his cohort of advisers have been more to blame than Raila, you paint Kibz as an angel who has been wronged by Raila over the years...this he is not!!!!

The man who tried it all to become Kenya's first from the lake President all in vain. He terrorised, called for mass actions, to extent of crying wolf over half carpets and lack of toilets all to no avail

i agree it is a show of desperation for Raila &co to ask for Kibaki's endorsement after all the hard time they have given him over the years.Kibaki's response was Epic.He talked about the locals taking advantage of newly built airport to prosper and better their livelihoods. He also told the politicians about "vitendo" actions must be seen; code for this guyz are all about talk and no action at all.

Raila said Kibaki tosha in 02 not because he believed that Kibaki was the best to lead Kenya but to make sure UK did not become president. UK and WR will probably use the same tactic in this election but most will choose to look at it from tribal angle. I therefore don't see why they need Kibaki to return the favor. I think its downing on Midiwo and Co that Raila may never be the president and are now looking desperate.

These ODM*r**s think that Kibaki is naive . Today they abuse him tomorrow they want a tosha from the same guy . They even claim eti they want RA0 to be president so that he can complete the projects which he initiated with Kibaki ! What a irony . The same guys used economic sabotage as a strategy against Kibakis government . This chew stones with their mouth open .
Peace be with you
