What do the judges mean the economy can't absorb the award? That's nonsensical since the money would move from KPC to KK - both are local firms.

As for KPC, didn't it pay for the Triton scams? Where were the judges in telling the banks/financiers & OMCs that recovering the money from KPC/Triton was too much for the economy to bear????

Wouldn't a 5billion charge close to bankrupt KPC¿¿ Can the kenyan economy survive without KPC in the near term¿¿ I think this is what the judges meant by this..

Relax, they are scrapping the deal poa... NOT the K-card. You will still be able to use your card, further more you will still get a 2bob discount per litre everyday.

And is deal poa really scrapped,

@Impunity - Deal Poa refers to the 2 bob discount on Sundays and Tuesdays for all motorists which ends on 10th February 2012. The Kcard 2 bob discount daily will still apply. Check link @ Kenol Kobil News

@Aguytrying - where is the link for your info? I have given my link above on the end of Deal Poa from 10th Feb 2012 on Kenol/Kobil website and today received an email on the same. Who is your source?
