Aiiish. This stock is to beaten down. There'll be no sell off.
Anything below 20 bob is a buy b'coz rights price will be at 20 bob.

KQ will dilute the shares further by doing the rights issue.investing in airlines can be very volatile or how would you explain a drop from 53 to now 20.i think it settles sub 15 after the share dilution but by all means if you are a gambler buy the shares at the current price

I say it wont move much. It's already beaten down. Post rights, i think it'll be trading sub 10 bob.

Right now only the rights issue was priced into the stock...

Its no secret that the whole market and all analysts were expecting 2011 profits to be higher..
With the news of the profit warning there's no way around it.. a new price for the shares must be set significantly lower than where it is now starting tomorrow..

It is simply the rule of mr. market and he can never be defeated..

i believe the market see's ahead . you want to tell me foreigners mostly didnt know or dnt know of the profit warning . i think that also has been priced in ( the stock barely moved with the current bounce) and i dnt expect much movement come monday ...
Oh and remember the closing price is what matters tommorow !
