Anyone who has update information about iluluwe project along mavoko-kinanie road. Is it reliable? 1/8 of a plot goes for 950k...its abt 11km from mombasa road.

You pass kinanie shopping centre/town which is abt 6km from mombasa road. The project is abt 6km from kenanie shopping centre (i.e 12km frm mbsa rd). Being sold by Liberty homes Ltd. Anyone who has dealt with them?

I find the idea of a gated community very appealing for various reasons. Top it up with the golf concept and it gets irresistible. Plus Athi River is attracting some serious projects like Konza ICT park. Now that Migaa went south for most of us who missed out on the early deals... How is iluluwe progressing? Any investors on Wazua?
