That was the beauty of the PEV. It was also the the difference between a Jaluo attack and a Kikuyu attack. Jaluos attack without first securing a safe haven. A kikuyu clears the safe haven before attacking.

A kikuyu hates someone who pretends not to be an enemy. He prefers an enemy who behaves like one.

So, given an option, a Kikuyu would work with a Kalenjin anytime than work with someone who is trying to destroy him secretly.

By the way, didn't you know that the friend of my enemy is a worse enemy?

Also note that Kaleos had gone back home much earlier before PEV. So, it was also an issue of getting my enemy's friend who was within the territory.

Anyone who lies to you that PEV was not Pre-Planned is a sick idiot. We relocated from Eldoret two weeks before the elections. Warriors had been amassed to fight, not to vote.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

Don't forget there was also Kibera, Kariobangi North, Mathare.....besides what did you expect when you are there inciting communities against each other. That doesn't make you innocent, i didn't hear or see them condemning the violence either!

BTW....I'm not talking about all Luos and Luhyas, just the criminals who used their communities to promote violence.

The ICC judges cited NSIS situation reports of January 23, 2008 which explicitly mention a suspect allegedly organising Mungiki members to attack non-Kikuyus. In a January 2008 report, NSIS said that “some senior Kalenjin personalities were funding ODM activists to organise youth for violence.” On January 28, 2008 In his testimony before the Waki commission, Major-Gen Gichangi NSIS pointed out tha...t some youths took oaths to commit atrocities during the post-election period,it reported allegations that armed Mungiki sect members wearing police uniforms had been moving from house to house in Nakuru posing as police officers in search of members of certain communities whom they would then attack. As early as January 3, 2008, the spy agency had information that Mungiki members were meeting to carrying revenge attacks on Luos and Kalenjins travelling along Nairobi-Naivasha highway.” Daily Nation
It is false to blame Raila yet NISI did the naming, shame on these hypocrites. They knew this all along.

....and we complain that the suspects are only from kalenjin and kikuyu tribes!!!!!
