To know the character of a person, look at his past dealings with you. If he/she has lied to you before with consequences, then that person is bound to lie today and in the future.

It is good to review Kibakis past utterances and compare notes on whether what he said came to be confirmed as a lie he was aware of but went on to lie to the nation (not to some political opponent who is only interested in cheap bargains).

At the end of it, we will be able to see who between ICC and kibs is telling a lie to the World over Mungiki visiting statehouse and being commissioned to revenge against specific groups of ppl.
