A brilliant mind, even though i though otherwise when he kept interjecting judges during confirmation hearings I think it's best not to breath fire at the pre-trial. In any case, if Ocampo made any semblance of investigations and his evidence against you met the lower standards of proof required at that stage-the thresholds here are low-the pre trial judges might just say, "what the heck, you can go breathe your fire to the Trial judges".And nobody would say they broke any law or they went against the spirit of international law. Anyway, Muthaura is still innocent until proven otherwise-the standards of proof are much higher now.

I fail to understand why people are so convinced anyone is innocent here. all these folks played a role in the chaos. how I wish the biggest 2 fish (principals) are in it. All these people in a way or the other affected thousands of Kenyans who are still suffering at the camps. Iwe funzo coz Kenya will never be the same again.i.am.back!!!!

That statement sound like this, I bet that if I was a woman, I will be a nurse!
Its is a Blanking stupid statement to write because it isn't going to happen, Raila is not on the list because we've seen the list and I knoW I am not a woman because I have seen my privates! @mlevi, my problem with most in the pro ICC camp is that they are hurling insults at the anti-ICC group while they themselves are not for ICC out of principle but due to the fact that it favours their tribe and/or political inclination. You are one of them!

ICC presupposes you are always innocent until proven guilty. They could all be guilty and they can all go to hell if at all the allegations against them are true for all i care. But there is a heavier burden of proof on the part of ICC now than at the pre-trial. The standards are high now and if Ocampo's evidence can sustain a full trial so well and good. LIFE IS SO GOOD

I guess his conduct at the hague was driven by his conviction that othaura was innocent. He had credible points

He might also recommend us to start PANYA FARMS to help solve our food security problem which has a major implication on the inflation index.
