I think it's best not to breath fire at the pre-trial. In any case, if Ocampo made any semblance of investigations and his evidence against you met the lower standards of proof required at that stage-the thresholds here are low-the pre trial judges might just say, "what the heck, you can go breathe your fire to the Trial judges".And nobody would say they broke any law or they went against the spirit of international law. Anyway, Muthaura is still innocent until proven otherwise-the standards of proof are much higher now.

I fail to understand why people are so convinced anyone is innocent here. all these folks played a role in the chaos. how I wish the biggest 2 fish (principals) are in it. All these people in a way or the other affected thousands of Kenyans who are still suffering at the camps. Iwe funzo coz Kenya will never be the same again.

That statement sound like this, I bet that if I was a woman, I will be a nurse!

Its is a Blanking stupid statement to write because it isn't going to happen, Raila is not on the list because we've seen the list and I knoW I am not a woman because I have seen my privates!

@mlevi, my problem with most in the pro ICC camp is that they are hurling insults at the anti-ICC group while they themselves are not for ICC out of principle but due to the fact that it favours their tribe and/or political inclination. You are one of them!

ICC presupposes you are always innocent until proven guilty. They could all be guilty and they can all go to hell if at all the allegations against them are true for all i care. But there is a heavier burden of proof on the part of ICC now than at the pre-trial. The standards are high now and if Ocampo's evidence can sustain a full trial so well and good.

meant the bench of k24 with jeff koinange. I guess his conduct at the hague was driven by his conviction that othaura was innocent. He had credible points

Am also very uncomfortable with him. Being an election year, perharps they think the technocrats at treasurey can take care of the technical side. They only needed a seasoned and loyal politician to take care of the political side

I guess for fiscal austerity and in the effort to tame inflation, he will recommend that we start hunting for PANYA'S so as to reduce our food import budget.
He might also recommend us to start PANYA FARMS to help solve our food security problem which has a major implication on the inflation index.

Its ridiculous for any Kenyan of goodwill to purport to be happy that other kenyans are being tried in a foreign court. Its a shame for all the arms of GA-MENT & So called international communicity care less.

However, this is not the end of the world. Blame game will never cease to happen in kenya. Lets not create some hypotheis of western influence etec,..... Those goons called MP's defeated the motion brought by the then Justice Minister "Wangari" to have the suspects tried in Kenya.

But knowing what we know today, it was a blessing in disguise coz that time no one could have thought Muthaura would have been in the cage. And that not withstanding we still have the president shamelessly saying 4yrs down the road that IDP's resettlement will be "fast tracked".

Me thinks we need to get over and done with hii mambo ya consultations. Me thinks ODM should be proactive and be seen doing things instead of doing nothing and complaining that they were not consulted. Are they not also in gaament? Sasa hata acting capacity ni subject to consultation? It's not an appointment.

We have 2 very dangerous kenyans on the loose. They drove us to clashes in 2007-08 and now tensions are back again. Kwani hii consultation ninini?.

Even High court said they consult ndio tujue when the elections will beheld. Kwani Kenya ni ya watu wawili????..

Me am Absolutely Very Tired AVT!! With the whole damn coallision Govt.

or better still why not upgrade Peter Kenneth to a full minister and give him the finance docket? clearly Uhuru can never get his Job back given that erections are just round the corner. The greatest failure of mzee Kibaki is indecision..

I am a Kalenjin and I am for ICC because I see beyond William Ruto, if PNU people can see beyond Uhuru, then Kenya will be a better place.
