Hey all,

i have a 'friend' who has lengad to pay a debt he owes for goods supplied for 5 months now. His excuse being that i did not go to collect the money when i was at my honeymoon so he spent it so i should wait. i think 5 months is a long enough wait and i have decided to take action.

I recall a thread on debt collectors. Any one have a contact that i can use.

When we were in campus I used to come across notices such as the one below all the time. Maybe you could borrow a hint.

'I hanged my grey trouser on the line behind hall 5 three days ago and now it is gone. This weekend I am going back home to Kitui. If the trouser is not back on the line by Monday please do not blame anyone for whatever will befall you.'

Do not ask me what was implied. I don't know if it might help to claim to have some close relatives in Mathira whom you might result to for help.

Well,he cant blame anyone for for whatever happens...give unto ceasor what belongs to ceasor...there is no such thing as a free lunch. Even if its a shylock..he will pay for real..my peni mbili..the sooner he pays,the better for all parties concerned,otherwise those auctioneers will descend on the brother.

Sorry. cant help the brother.

It takes two to tango

@Dexter

I can help you out,I presume the transaction was legit and that you have supporting documents to prove that you sold your 'friend' the goods? If so,then we can talk some more - mail2skrock at gmail dot com

Things may come to those who wait,but only what’s left behind by those that hustle.
