@Taz, if Githu claims that these persons are charged individually at the ICC and therefore cannot resign, how come Government was using tax payers money (was it 90 million?) for shuttle diplomacy (in countries like Libya)??? Does Government do that for individuals?

Good question. Kibaki is just defending his boys. He must be at a loss on how to run the govt without Muthaura. Quite rational for him to look for reasons why they should stay.
