Kenya's political risk declines if you ever take business daily seriously.

@mlennyma on this one i full agree with them, everyone will carry their own cross... the larger majority has matured past someone asking them to fight for their personal interest...... I read from your post (in Kenol/kobil topic) and understand that you are disappointed, you expected war for you to buy cheap.... pole sana we need peace in our country.

@Mlennyma, let there be justice for the named and IDPs and peace for our country .... i would still call for peace irrespective of whoever is listed it doesn't matter to me, the named and unnamed can take care of themselves without us fighting.....more important i don't care about RAO,UK or any other of these politicians, i only care to have a peaceful environment...

The real fire lies in the local tribunal! Suspected Kalenjin Warriors & Mungiki figure heads are having their day in court, how about the Taliban? Have you ever stopped to think if a local tribunal was formed, as it should to address other smaller fish, and evidence was brought against a certain leading Presidential contender what that means for the NSE and the railway?...that time is likely coming or set to be catalyzed by his political opponents or perceived victims...with a reformed Judiciary post-2012, we want justice for all, don't we? That's where the real test of 'Kenyan' (I'm avoiding ethnic tones) maturity lies. Somehow in this context, I believe deep down most of us would not want to test how mature 'Kenyans' are! Further to the above(#44), i have no interest in any of the parties, or fellows running for presidency.... it doesn't matter to me who wins or rules the country it only matters that he or she rules fairly, provides a peaceful environment for economic growth and prosperity for our country...

It is Wrong for some Kenyans to insinuate that the ICC process is geared towards giving the PM advantage in the upcoming Polls....Were it not the same PNU and Co that Refused a Local Tribunal Bill by Martha, Imanyara and lastly MUTULA ?? I guess if we would have had a local tribunal all the six suspects would have been freed by now and all the foreign investments would have slowed down in Kenya. I feel because of the ICC decision the future of investments in Kenya will be very positive and hence also the stock market will have to go up again.

ICC will help attain partial justice and it's commendable it does. The Local Tribunal will likely be setup in good time to deal with the 'rest'...
