He has been uncharacteristically quiet the last few weeks. Its unlike him not to have called a press conference with the weighty events of the the last few days.

Sure, it is okay to ask. Why are you suspicious that someone might have mistaken your questioning the absence. The PM must be out on official business as he was recently in India on holiday. In the meantime, don't blame the PM for the ICC debacle. Cardinal Njue, Tuju, Cahrity Ngilu, Mutula, etc have also not commented on the matter, they have been very silent. Where are they?
Wisdom to detect when share prices hit rock bottom.
When interest on bonds keep going up, you know the bear run is on high street. When interest on bonds start leveling, the bear has met the bull and they have hit rock bottom. When the interest rates on bonds start coming down, the bull has overpowered the bear and you better be riding the bull.

He is celebrating ICC's verdict.

Fishish official trip in Juba, he will be back today.
And he will send a press statement to newsrooms and not hold a press conf as his norm.
Its a new dawn.

Not suspicion on the absence but his current location. Leaders have private lives too, so its in order to separate the public and private. On the blame part (its not blame, but concern) he is number 2 or is it equal to MK, so his voice is more important the other characters.

perhaps he realized that by talking, he was providing fodder for WR, UK and the likes to use during weekend rallies. Why is it that when he stopped commenting on everything everyone else seems to have gone silent.
