says appeal will delay justice, however they will continue investigations on the Ali n Kosgi!!!!

Ocampo says he wishes not to go through the rigours of an appeal case against Kosgey and Ali.

He will however use another avenue, which is shorter - that involves providing the requisite evidence to the pre trial chamber, to convince the Judges to confirm charges against the two.
