The glee amongst core ODM fans is so sloppy and blatant.

Kisumu, and its environs has been in blissful mood since the confirmations.

The same must be replicated in social spots patronised by the said fans across the country.

Question is why is it the case!

What makes them think the confirmations help advance their cause?

Are they well briefed on the ramifications of the confirmation as regards local politics.

For me ODM will be the net loser in the final analysis.

@Nandwa, Hague is a reality, deal with it. I dont support ODM, and I celebrated. I am just tired of fellows who think they are demigods the moment they are in power, or their father was this or that...

Well said.
Wisdom to detect when share prices hit rock bottom.
When interest on bonds keep going up, you know the bear run is on high street. When interest on bonds start leveling, the bear has met the bull and they have hit rock bottom. When the interest rates on bonds start coming down, the bull has overpowered the bear and you better be riding the bull.

I am in agreement with you.
Hague is with us.

On the confirmation issue, different people will have reacted differently for different reasons.

I am interested in the view of ODM as it pertains their political chess board - for one thing is clear they celebrated.

Why did ODM thru its fans celebrate so gleefuly.

PS

Kudos for not supporting ODM - the party of myopics.

Many celebrated, at least politically, even they of the wiper party, albeit silently. I however don't see ODM benefiting from this, I am sure Rift Valley feels spited on this after having done the dirty work for RAO in 07 and GEMA was never going to be in ODM anyway. It will be interesting to see the political twists this brings on the 2012 dynamics.

@Nandwa you sound bitter with ODM though they are not the authors and finishers of the hague. As for me the real winners or loosers could have been the IDPs in the camp but, bado wako pale pale hence the need to fight another day.

politics will forever be politics.

I don't think this is good for RO because now WR and UK can come together and back someone else instead of running and dividing the vote. It's obvious that if Central, Rift Valley and Coast come together RO will have no chance. Think about it, Kibaki would never have made it in 2002 if there was no unity.

BBI will solve it

I think you people are missing a big point, Kenyans should celebrate this, it is good for Kenya, whether you're a Kikuyu, kALE or LUO.

Imagine if they were to be let free, Politicians regardless of which alignment they belong to would apply the 2007 model anytime they want to. It is a good thing for the country, it is sad that most people cannot think beyond their alliances!

Drunkard alot of people think Uk is their Muthamaki, Ruto is their chief warrior, Raila is their demi-god. And their tribe is the 13th tribe of the 12 tribes of Israel.

Being stupid has no political affiliations or tribal alliances. But it seems to be synonymous to Kenyans. Don't be shocked to hear one day "as stupid as a Kenyan".

This is good for IDP's and other people killed by fanatics of these political thugs.

It is bad for others who believe that they will die if their tribe does not have a candidate.

Ruto and Uhuru will be together until it sinks to Ruto that evidence against him was gathered and forwarded by Uhurus' operatives.

Anyway, can we join Drunkard in sober celebrations? He is oozing sound wisdom today.
