It's telling that Kibaki also chose to mention that Kenya now has a revamped Judiciary, and a new constitution.

What is Kenya's relationship with ICC going forward.

Why can't Kibaki be abit more responsible and ask UK and Muthaura to resign. He can even give both their positions to Saitoti.

... I guess somebody is advising him that he is about to retire and that the more he cooperates with ICC the better for him. The die is cast. ICC will not listen to any appeal...

he wants perpetrators that did not make it to the 4 finalists tried locally because we have a revamped judiciary and a new constitution. He reiterated that the hague process should be left to serve justice.

Perhaps he is right. He camped in that bunge to rally mps to vote for the formation of a local tribunal, but was told not to be vague. Its roosting time, whichever chicken crosses the road.
