Do you need a movie to tell 6-2=4?

ICC rules on confirmation of Kenya cases

Judges at the International Criminal Court are currently reading their verdict on whether to confirm two cases arising from Kenya's post election violence.

ICC JUDGES: Kosgey and Ali not suspects any more, but prosecutor may present additional evidence against them seeking confirmation of charges.
ICC: HUSSEIN ALI charges not confirmed due to insufficient evidence. Cases against Uhuru Kenyatta and Francis Muthaura confirmed.
HENRY KOSGEY charges not confirmed after ICC judges find evidence did not meet threshold. Cases against William Ruto and Joshua Sang confirmed.
ICC JUDGES announce they have confirmed charges against four Kenyan suspects, to be named shortly. Judge Hans-Peter Kaul dissented.

Those starting with H. Hague, Hussein, Henry were dropped. That was the logic behind confirming or not confirming. Someone in Kenya is pulling the strings out there.

When will the cases begin. If within the next few weeks, we will watch as Kanu finally starts killing itself. Kibaki and Raila will eventually be roped in and the rest will be history.

Mr. Sang - contributor
Mr. Ruto - indirect co-perpetrator
Mr. Muthaura - indirect co-perpetrator
Mr. Kenyatta - indirect co-perpetrator

Judge Kaul appended a dissenting opinion in both cases. He maintains that the ICC is not competent because the crimes committed on the territory of the Republic of Kenya during the post‐election violence of 2007‐2008 in his view were serious common crimes under Kenyan criminal law, but not crimes against humanity as codified in Article 7 of the Rome Statute.

The Chamber would like to emphasise, for the purposes of clarity,
that the presumption of innocence remains fully intact.
Furthermore, the decisions issued today by this Chamber do not affect the liberty of the accused, which remains undisturbed.

Not a lawyer, but the 2 Not Confirmed never challenged the Jurisdiction of the ICC cOurt to here the case. In fact if I can recall, HA's lawyer actually mentioned this to Ekaterina. Could have infulenced?

Judge Kaul appended a dissenting opinion in both cases. He maintains that the ICC is not competent. It means he is the only one who does not practice 'Animal Farm' policy.

Which means ICC is a slaughterhouse controlled by the west for African leaders who fail to tow the line. It is not about justice.

The mistake Uhuru and Ruto made was to pray to a Jungu God. He cannot listen to them as Jungus have control of him. They should have gone to their local Witchdoctors or diviners.

Then why was Muthaura case confirmed?

I want to read the ruling so that I can get how Muthaura's case was confirmed while Ali's was rejected yet their cases were closely interlinked!!

Finally I get to see the political play by the ICC.

Laughing out loudly smile Applause d'oh! Sad Drool Liar Shame on you Pray

Can #Murugi deal with that small issue she had promised to do if #UKenyatta is confirmed?
