We are in for a rough ride if Uhuru makes real his threat.

What threat?

He(UK) should know there is a difference between looking tough and being really tough. He should change his tactics(lawyers) in his defence.
The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

once again, what threat?

Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

I think the effect will be positive, if people will not fight.... interpretation of Mr. Market is impunity has be nipped in the bud and no more sacred cows..... why am I saying positive because Mr. Market expects with a high degree peaceful elections....

i have been waiting for this verdict to determine how to invest going forward. In my own view Mr. Market does not see any sense of rejuvenation like we saw in 2003, at present Mr. Market sees status quo remaining no matter who wins, well this verdict may make owners of capital in central and rift cagey about the future especially if they feel there is no one to protect their business interests in future so we are likely to be in limbo until we see a new cabinet in 2013 and see if there is any different policy.

What do we learn from this? usi tusi wakunga na uzazi ungalipo.... never ever compare serious matters to shooting a hollywood movie, anything you say or do shall be used against you... the two silent fellows may walk....
