Nice concept Fozoo, however please clarify for me the below.

1. .Is this cost inclusive of your fees?
2. Will the owner be allowed to check the quality of materials
used?
3. How long is the project expected to take?
4. Where can i physically see the house on the link to confirm the quality of the finishes and other features(i.e. if that is one of your projects)?

@Foz00, you did create the impression that you are indeed associated with oaks. Next time make clearer the difference between when you are advertising something and when you are just giving a heads-up.
