Before you lynch me let me start by saying am not an authority on the date neither should i be quoted...and now my reason for mon 23rd.

The ICC much as it is a judicial process it also is a very political organization; the judges having observed how our politicians chest thumb and whip emotions on weekends, i think they will deny the 6 the chance to do just that this coming weekend. They would rather issue the ruling on monday morning and allow emotions to cool down well ahead of the next weekend; this also confirms something else, some BIG fish is in for the long haul!

....and will possibly run for the presidency. What is ironic is that Hon GS is the chairman of the committee that will determine whether UMK and WSR (his competitors for the PNU alliance)can run for the presidency after this ruling..... watch this space! Pray

I expect a minimum of 2 suspects (at least 1 from either case) to be confirmed for trial. This is what Obama, Cameron, Annan,Sarcozy etc wants. To them, it doesn't matter whether the suspects will eventually be proven guilty or not but some lamb has to be sacrificed. Any politician amongst the Ocampo six should be very afraid... ICC likes big fish

Press conference by ICC Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo at 12:00 on Tuesday, 24 January, related to the Kenyan situation. More at ICC website.

What does he want to tell us. Does he want to apologize for shoddy work.
