The only one I'm aware of is Unga and Kenya National Mills. Both were listed. If only one should be listed then Stanbic and CFC comes to mind. There is the impending KCB/Savings&Loan though not strictly a merger as the latter is a wholly owned subsidiary..

hi guys,thanx alot for the info.
I went to NSE and they were selling the info for 1000 bob per year(the year u are looking for). Its a research paper am doing for my bcom program. the companies have to be listed and kenyan companies only.
It has proven impossible to get information that i thot would be publicly available....
Help.!!!
Thanx for the Unga one,its the only one I got.
However if u get others wea only one of the co's was listed its welcome. Only mergers not aqcuisitions please.
