...but she doesn't have enough money to service it so she has asked me to help Dancing . Now, of course it's my money that will buy the goods, but payment will be made in her name Anxious . While I have no reason to think she'll scoot after that, you can't be too careful with these things. What sort of agreement should we put down Think ?

client should commit to pay via swift transfer into a specified account, then let her give you power of attorney on that account, once you get your money you relinquish it.

Is this LPO from an NGO? Should it be Nomadic Aid International, tell her to run for the hills and stay there.

I warned a friend about such a deal in September and again in October and November. As of 23 Dec 2011, he was locked up in central police station awaiting a hearing charged with obtaining Kes 7.2 m by flase pretences. He borrowed the money to supply Nomadic Aid International. I know someone who would be willing to participate as a coinvestor but he will insist on due diligence first.
