Hi all. I did an initial feasibility study around an upmarket neighbourhood and apart from many upcoming residential homes coming up, i realized that the residents take their kids some distance for schooling. A play school and kindergarten with close proximity to their homes to avoid long trips is something am thinking of. I would appreciate any candid input on starting one. I got 1 acre of land within and instead of putting up residential homes for sale and/or rent i'd like to explore this option.
thanks.
