hi wazuans. anyone with
land 3kms from tka rd murera
area and what's the current
goin rate for 1/4 acre.
also kamulu area for 1/4 acre
1km from kangundo rd.

Kamulu (Around KBC/Malaa area) - 1/4 Acre going for about Ksh 300K-350K depending on proximity to Kangundo Road.

However, prices have started shooting up. I think this area may be the next frontier.

Afya Sacco has some plots (1/8 Acre) just below the KBC masts (Next to the police post being built) and they are selling at Ksh 300K; yet six months ago they had another 40 acres just across the road which they offered to members at Ksh 150K per 1/8th acre.

land prices along kangundo road in kamulu, kbc, malaa, kantafu and komarock (shrine) have gone up after govt started fencing and arresting fraudsters who attempted to sell its large tracts of land. besides afew companies have announced plans to put up large housing estates eg soil merchants ltd are putting up an estate at kantafu area.
