Didn't the Cabinet have Dec 2012 as the tentative date for the elections?,if the Principals agree in writing 60 days before then to dissolve the coalition we could still have the elections this year.

AG should appeal. Who wants elections in March? Then imagine Kibaki losing presidency but still going to parliament to represent Othaya!

2013 is too close..2015 sounds better so we concerntrate on defeating al shabaab.
