These two learned men seems they got all their tricks from learning more than the others.
Who is fooling who in their 'below the belt' boxing through media

Githu is a gaamnet legal advisor and will always act in a way seen favorable to the gaament of the day, just like Amos Wako did.

There is a problem with you if 90% of the time you appear in the media, you are blaming everyone else but yourself. Charles Nyachae is a weak, insecure, ineffective leader who only repeats what Professor Wanyande tells him to.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

is a very very big problem with you if you think majority is always right and you must always follow it rather than stand by the constitution to which you were sworn to an independent office to oversee its implementation. In short Githu is no reformer but a bootlicker and face of impunity atleast nyachae hs justified his frustrations with specific references to the constitution.bure kabisa.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

Githu is obviously status quo. He was appointed by politicians for politicians. But lets get realistic. Charles Nyachae is failing too. Leadership is not the same as populism. It is easy and populist to stand and point out what everyone else is not doing. It is not as easy telling us exactly what it is YOU are doing. And by the way, the AG too has referenced the law in his rebuttal.

If 90% of your press statements since appointment are nothing but blaming Parliament, Cabinet, Justice Ministry, the AG, COIC, KLRC, Police, the Courts, there is a problem. Nyachae just like Mutunga and PLO before him is hurtling down the path that will see him judged by history as little more than an overrated windbag.

This Nyachae fellow, his hairstyle and beard and twist mouth says a lot.
I believe he's working hard bt we need hear less complaints from him. He's even recycling complaints
For in him (Jesus) we live and move and have our being-Acts 17:28

Nation editorial today couldn't have put it better. We need civility from both of the them. They need to stop behaving like politicians. It leaves a bad taste when I seen one accuse the other only for the other to respond.

I think if one doesn't have the 'political will' on his/her side, the only weapon becomes the media...
