I am sorry but i don't believe this rumour bcoz they are my brokers and i did buy some shares recently and the transaction took a day to be effected. A friend of mine who sold his shares got his cheque in 7 days the normal period. That's why i strongly don't believe in the rumour.

I don't also think there's a broker who has not ben shaken by the current trends in the market. The bear run.

Nothing personal but just thinking out loud!!!

@chi20

Pls consider moving. And do not be alarmed,just transfer immediately,pls

I hear they lost millions to fake refunds,how that happened,I don’t know,but I hear that its real,guys presented fake refund claims that were honored

Hi pple,

Better to be safe than sorry. Neva ignore rumours. I got this from a Signatories with a major sacco that whenever they request for a check that it takes centuries which is unusual as this as neva happened before.

Also if I am not wrong be4 they were not acceppting cash but recently they are . The other day I deposited some cash as I weighed options of whether to buy the IPO or any other older share.Believe u me not after the rumour I did not find the IPO viable since I knu that it will start trading in Jan and it might be a little too late for me.

Guys read the signs and make an informed decision

@Tutu,

when you are not sure whether it's rumor or not the best thing is to move and move fast.

As a heavy a investor with suntra,I have been following this discussion with deep interest. I decided to conduct my own investigation,at least to salvage my money. I sold some of my shares worth above 200000. The sale was executed the following day and my cheque was ready in 5days. I contacted a friend working at cooperative bank to get info on how suntra is doing in their IPO. They have been ranked among the top participants.

I have concluded that the negative allegations by contributors here is malicious,dubious and a possible personal attack from disgruntled fellows. I urge you to desist causing panick to some of us who are active investors.

i too have been an active client of suntra. active by way of selling and buying shares at reasonably highly intervals that are optimumly profitable. i have not seen anything unusual with them,sales cheque are done within the stipulated one week time while buy orders are executed almost immeditely after placing.

this debate emerged immeditely after murigu,the former ceo stepped down. his was purely on health grounds,not related to performance at the suntra. infact he was supposed to have resigned like last year on advice from physicians.

may this (negative) debate therefore rest and possibly give these guys positive outlooks. further confirmation can be done with the relevant offices of the suntra for clarity.
