Is Kenya Power the most hated company in Kenya?

Have had a look at the company's social media account on Facebook, I don't think i have ever come across so much bile towards a company . Check it out by searching for "Kenya Power" and going to the page from your facebook account or google kenya power.

Social Media vs Kenya Power

So which is true, is it the adage 'Sticks and stones may break my bones..

Whatever the case, Social Media is on @Kenya Power's case today and it is like trying to 'move a dam'.

Some may argue that airing your dirty linens is a stupid idea especially if you don't show intent to even soak them.
