Lafarge has 43% shareholding in EAPC. Why are they so quiet on this issue.


The only way to save the company is to run it like a JV. Leave Lafarge to manage. Intergrate with Bamburi. This would kill off the new competition.

I still don't get it. Why does GoK behave as its the sole shareholder of EAPC yet they own a mere 48%.

The same GoK seems to think it owns KPLC exclusively
