Is it true that all swaraj vehicles are banned from our roads? Cos I have been offered a vehicle at a super deal but its Mazda swaraj

On enquiring from guys,I am told those are banned items in Kenya

Pls confirm

True. Due to high brake failure / chassis /suspension issues. But the chaps are now in court. Report based on Licensed Vehicles by make per fatal accidents. Swaraj took the biscuit in all categories.
