And you need to note when the price was computed. The exchange rate was much higher than the sh85 you are using, plus Brent Crude oil is around 105 USD per barrel. Then, like McDoba says, there are also refining costs...

Fuel prices in UG and TZ : slightly more than KE in UG (maybe 120 - 125) and about the same price as KE if not slightly less in Dar. (115-ish when i was there) -> These are pump prices I have seen with my own eyes.

these guys buy metric tonnes u really think the buy at 105, refinery charges? how much is the cost of refining one litre? can it go above 5 shs?
