"The appointment is viewed as a quiet move by the PM to set up his campaign team ahead of next year’s elections, given Mwangi played a key role in the PNU advisory team in the run-up to the 2007 elections."

In relation to this @Taz, it could go either way depending on Mwas's loyalty....either get information for PNU or share with ODM PNU's information and strategies....
