Avoid junk food (white bread,ships,sweets,chocolates,sousages etc),alcohol,sodas,common juices.
Make sure you take enough water in a day (8-12 glasses in a day)

Make sure between the time you eat dinner and going to sleep is not less than 3hrs.
How big are you? you need to walk at least 30minutes every day to burn all excess fats in your body
